The role

You make Olo look and feel like it was built by people who care. Our product is a macOS menu-bar app and a Chrome extension that sits between a user and every AI tool they touch. The interface has to be invisible until it matters, then instantly clear. You own that experience end to end, from Figma to shipped code.

If you have opinions about typography, motion, and how a redaction should feel to the person typing, this is your role.

What we look for

You design in Figma and ship in code (React/Next.js, Tailwind, or similar). Both, not one

You have a portfolio with at least one product you designed and built yourself

You have taste and can defend it. You know why Linear's settings page works

You are comfortable in a codebase with Swift, TypeScript, and a Chrome extension, even if you do not write all of it

You ship weekly, not quarterly

Bonus: SwiftUI or AppKit experience; motion design; prior work on developer or security tools
